Role Description

We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer based in Dubai, who can bridge the gap between complex engineering physics and commercial success.

In this role, you won't just sell software or consulting services—you will act as a trusted solution integrator/advisor to top-tier structural engineering firms, contractors, and innovators, helping them transform their workflows using BIM, FEM, and CFD.

Key Deliverable

  • Lead technical discovery sessions to uncover engineering bottlenecks and architect solutions for complex structural challenges (seismic, wind-loading, thermal stress).
  • Build and deliver high-impact technical demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (PoC) using datasets.
  • Translate deep engineering physics into clear business ROI for C-level executives and structural design leaders.
  • Partner with Account Executives on high-value enterprise deals and own the technical strategy for RFPs and tenders.
  • What we’re looking for:
  • Degree in Civil / Structural / Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc / PhD)
  • Strong hands-on experience in BIM (Revit, Tekla), FEM (ANSYS, SAP2000, STAAD, Abaqus) & CFD (Fluent, SimScale)
  • 2+ years in structural design/simulation with exposure to client-facing or technical sales roles
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to challenge and improve engineering workflows
