Floval Flow & Control Solutions is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer for an on-site role in Abu Dhabi. The role involves understanding customer flow control requirements, proposing valve and automation solutions, preparing technical offers, and providing pre- and post-sales support.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers to understand flow and control requirements
- Propose suitable valve and automation solutions
- Prepare detailed technical and commercial offers
- Respond to inquiries and conduct technical evaluations
- Provide pre and post sales technical support
- Coordinate with internal engineering and service teams
- Visit client sites and participate in technical meetings
- Deliver product presentations and support tenders and bids
- Monitor market trends and maintain pipeline of opportunities
- Contribute to achieving sales targets
Requirements
- Strong Technical Sales and Sales Engineering skills
- Experience in Technical Sales for industrial or engineering products, ideally valves or flow control
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Communication
- Background in mechanical, instrumentation, or related engineering discipline; relevant bachelor's degree preferred
- Familiarity with valve inspection, testing, automation, and maintenance services highly beneficial
- Ability to work on site with clients in Abu Dhabi
- Good organizational, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Prior experience in GCC or similar industrial markets and valid driver's license advantageous

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Technical Sales Engineer role based in Abu Dhabi. The Technical Sales Engineer will work closely with customers to understand their flow and control requirements, propose suitable valve and automation solutions, and prepare detailed technical and commercial offers. Daily
Qualifications
- Strong Technical Sales and Sales Engineering skills, with the ability to translate technical valve and flow control specifications into clear customer proposals.
- Experience in Technical Sales and Sales for industrial or engineering products, ideally within valves, flow control, or related process industries.
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Communication, including explaining complex concepts to both technical and non technical stakeholders.
- Background in mechanical, instrumentation, or related engineering discipline; a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical qualification is preferred.
- Familiarity with valve inspection, testing, automation, and maintenance services is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on site with clients in Abu Dhabi, manage multiple opportunities, and collaborate effectively with service and engineering teams.
- Good organizational, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a focus on building long term customer relationships.
- Prior experience in the GCC or similar industrial markets and a valid driver’s license are advantageous.
