- Technical Sales & Demos: Accompany sales reps to customer sites, deliver technical presentations, and install company products on customers' grinding machines for live demonstrations.
- Sales Follow-up: Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to ensure product performance and secure the final sale.
- Installation & Service: Oversee the setup and fine-tuning of products on-site to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Education: Technical high school diploma or University degree in Engineering/related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in the machine tool industry.
- Work Authorization: Must possess a valid U.S. Permanent Residency (Green Card) or a valid work visa.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel weekly (several days per trip) to customer sites.
- High Priority: Sales, demo, installation, or field service experience at a Grinding Machine manufacturer.
- Second Priority: Broad experience in the general Machine Tool industry and /or Metrology industry.
- Alternative: Hands-on experience in operating or maintaining grinding machines at a manufacturing facility.
- Optional / Plus: Professional fluency in Japanese is a plus for direct technical communication with our overseas engineering teams, but is not required.
