Role Overview
Videowallrental.com is seeking a Technical Sales and Operations Coordinator for IT and AV services.
The role supports client orders and event-service operations from the company's location in DIP-1.
Sales Ordering and Client Support
- Communicate with clients by WhatsApp, email, and sometimes phone to process orders.
- Issue quotations, clarify requirements and customization details, and update orders in the online calendar.
- Generate and send invoices and payment vouchers from the CRM system.
- Follow up with clients on upcoming and outstanding payments.
- Assist clients with work-permit and access forms.
Design and Scheduling
- Gather client design requirements and artwork assets and brief the company designer.
- Coordinate client feedback and design revisions through final approval before the event order.
- Draft the next-day schedule using an AI tool and company guidelines before the end of each working day.
Additional Duties
- Upload social media photos, videos, and updates once a week on Saturday.
- Develop and demonstrate an advisory and consultative sales approach.
