Captivation Software has an immediate need for a Technical Requirements Systems Engineer to support the team and assist with overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of a mission-critical system.

Candidates should be passionate about collaboratively solving challenging problems and have a track record of delivering high-quality solutions.

Candidates will work closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to perform workflow/business process engineering, functional requirements gathering, and technical requirements definition.

Candidates will work closely with the Task Lead, Scrum Master, System Engineers, and Developers to facilitate sprint execution, functional testing, and sprint reviews/demos.

• Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Four (4) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
• Master’s degree can be substituted for two (2) years experience
• Shall have a minimum of fourteen (14) years experience as a Systems Engineer performing and providing technical direction for the development, engineering, interfacing, integration, and testing of complex hardware/software systems to include requirements elicitation, analysis and functional allocation, conducting systems requirements reviews, developing concepts of operation and interface standards, developing system architectures, or performing technical/non-technical assessment and management as well as end-to-end flow analysis.
