Lead technology transfer from OEM engineering / R&D.
Establish and validate repair processes for new product introductions.
Debug and maintain ATE / test equipment used for telecom board repair.
Support cost reduction initiatives via repair in-sourcing and yield improvement in time critical projects.
Mentor junior engineers and support structured knowledge transfer.
Coordinate with global engineering teams / Repair Strategy teams.
Support quality improvements, root cause analysis, and reliability enhancements.

Qualifications
You have:
15+ years of hands-on experience in PCB-level troubleshooting and component failure diagnostics across complex telecom hardware
Telecom hardware architecture expertise across Optical, Fixed Networks, and IP Networking domains
