About the Role
Delta Computer Consulting is seeking a Technical Recruiter to source, engage, and qualify candidates for technology roles. The role offers uncapped commission and requires 1-3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a staffing or agency environment.

Responsibilities
- Source, engage, interview, and qualify candidates for technology and professional services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, consultants, and internal team members
- Partner with coordinators, managers, and leadership to understand client hiring needs
- Manage the recruiting process from sourcing through offer, acceptance, and beyond
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing tools
- Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates
- Maintain accurate candidate records in recruiting systems
Requirements
- 1 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within a staffing or agency environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, dependable, and self motivated
- Comfortable making outbound calls and building relationships
- Coachable, positive, and eager to learn

Compensation & Location
- Location: Torrance, CA (Los Angeles County) 100% Onsite.
- Schedule: Full Time, 40 Hours per Week.
- Pay: $20.00 $30.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Additional Compensation: Uncapped commission from day one + year end performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities
- Source, engage, interview, and qualify candidates for technology and professional services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, consultants, and internal team members.

- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, CRM systems, and job boards.
- Experience working in a goal oriented, commission based, or performance driven environment.
