PLATO is hiring a Technical Recruiter to act as a strategic talent advisor, collaborating with sales, hiring managers, and clients to attract top tech talent. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, build talent pipelines, and support both private sector and federal government clients.

Responsibilities
- Respond with urgency to incoming client contract requirements across various IT sectors
- Proactively hunt and engage passive and active tech talent using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative outreach
- Build and sustain robust talent pools for recurring technical skill sets
- Source and screen resumes, conduct technical interviews, and manage candidate documentation
- Coordinate end to end interview process ensuring exceptional candidate experience
- Partner with internal managers to source talent for PLATO's internal roles
- Represent PLATO at networking events, career fairs, and industry initiatives
- Identify ways to optimize recruitment workflows and operational efficiency
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven success in a technical recruitment role
- Experience supporting recruitment efforts within the Government of Canada ecosystem
- Comfortable navigating a high volume, rapidly changing environment
- Demonstrated experience working directly with stakeholders to align expectations
- Must be eligible to obtain a Government of Canada security clearance
