The Opportunity

The Role

  • Act as a strategic talent advisor collaborating with sales team, internal hiring managers, and clients
  • Identify, attract, and deploy top tier tech talent across diverse IT disciplines

Key Responsibilities

  • Agile Contract Response: Respond with urgency to incoming client contract requirements
  • Strategic Sourcing: Proactively hunt and engage tech talent using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative outreach
  • Pipeline Architecture: Build and sustain robust talent pools for recurring technical skill sets
  • Full Cycle Candidate Management: Source, screen, interview, and manage candidate documentation
  • Candidate Advocacy: Coordinate end to end interview process ensuring exceptional candidate experience
  • Internal Growth Support: Partner with internal managers to source talent for PLATO's internal roles
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent PLATO at networking events, career fairs, and industry initiatives
  • Process Innovation: Identify ways to optimize recruitment workflows and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven success in a technical recruitment role
  • Experience supporting recruitment efforts within the Government of Canada ecosystem
  • Comfortable navigating a high volume, rapidly changing environment
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with stakeholders to align expectations
  • Must be eligible to obtain a Government of Canada security clearance
