Technical Recruiter

As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for all aspects of the sourcing and hiring of IT professionals to fill technical positions.

You will be responsible for building strategies to engage and build relationships with world class talent within the information technology communities.

Throughout the entire process, you will provide unparalleled experience, while serving as an advisor to candidates and internal partners alike.

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand feedback, iterate on the role requirements, and evolve your sourcing and hiring strategy as needed.
• Manage an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to fasten and professionalize our hiring processes.
• Track and report on recruiting KPIs.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Three (3) + years of full cycle IT recruiting experience for an innovative and scaling organization.
