We’re looking for someone who’s not just qualified—but curious, driven, and ready to roll up their sleeves. Success in this role looks like:
High school diploma required.
Post-secondary education in Office Administration or a related field is considered an asset.
Minimum 1 year of administrative experience.
Reliable, responsible and self-motivated with demonstrated problem solving skills.
Strong aptitude for detail and precision.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Computer proficiency with Office 365 and quick to learn new technology (i.e., systems, platforms, etc.).
You must be legally eligible to work for a Canadian company (e.g., be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident of Canada, or possess a valid work permit) and provide a clear Criminal Background Check.
