Role Overview

As a Technical Records Administrator (Contract), you will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and organization of aircraft maintenance records.

You will be responsible for reviewing, processing, and auditing technical documentation to ensure records are complete, compliant, and ready for archiving.

Working closely with Maintenance, Planning, and Quality teams, you will support regulatory compliance and help ensure the ongoing integrity of the company's aircraft records.

What You’ll Do

Process dailyaircraftrecords, including technical logs, work orders, task cards,componentchanges, and work packages.
Maintainaccurateand currentaircraft, engine,component, and maintenance tracking recordsin accordance withcompany procedures and regulatory requirements.
Review technical documentation toidentifydiscrepancies, missing information, and items requiring correction or follow-up.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Planning, and Technical Records teams to resolve documentation issues and support compliance requirements.
Manage the collection, organization, retention, and retrieval of technical recordsin accordance withcompany policies and applicable aviation regulations.
Supportaircraftacquisitions, transitions, and fleet changes through effective records coordination and document control.

A minimum of one to three years’ administration experience
AircraftTechnical Records experience or other related experience
Familiarity with aviation regulatory compliance requirements (such as CAR 605.92 and CAR 573.15) and maintenance terminologyanasset
Able to learn internal systems and technology tools
Familiarity with MS Office including intermediate Excel
Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Detail oriented and ability to accurately transcribe data
Highly structured and organized
Solid communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with others
Able to learn and adapt quickly

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday40 hours per week
