Technical Publications and Business Development Manager

Rincon Research Corporation, a 100% employee-owned company, is looking for an experienced Technical Publications and Business Development Manager to lead the Technical Publications & Business Development Operations (TechPubs & BD Ops) Team . We create and publish a variety of technical communications products to support the cutting-edge digital signal processing and communications systems that Rincon designs and delivers to national intelligence agencies and the Department of Defense.

Have at least 10 years of experience, with at least 5 of those in a management or supervisory role.

Become the working manager of the Business Development Operations center, leading teams on the generation of Federal Government market surveys, white papers, and proposals from bid decision through award.

Excel at performing production edits and proofreading (including self-editing); be receptive to constructive feedback on writing, editing, and a variety of technical topics; and have impeccable attention to detail.

Integrate into various teams to collaborate on software and engineering development projects to produce and maintain full suites of documentation products, including user guides, quick-start guides, training materials, hardware supplements, software and maintenance manuals, and test plan and procedure documentation.
