Position Summary

Main Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, development, writing, editing, and submission of proposals, RFQs, RFPs, and tender responses. • Collaborate with operations, estimating, business development, and subject matter experts to gather and validate proposal content. • Tailor proposal content to client requirements while highlighting the company's qualifications, experience, and value proposition. • Develop and maintain technical and business documentation, including procedures, specifications, reports, presentations, and project-related materials. • Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and audience-appropriate content. • Review and edit documents to ensure consistency, accuracy, professionalism, and compliance. • Maintain proposal content libraries, templates, and document control processes. • Create visual content, graphics, diagrams, and presentation materials that enhance messaging and readability. • Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure adherence to client requirements, regulatory standards, and company guidelines. • Support business development and marketing initiatives through the creation of client-facing materials and communications.
