Technical Proposal Writer & Solutions Specialist

Qualifications

• · 5+ years of experience in federal proposal writing, technical writing, capture, technical solution development, or a related role.
• · Demonstrated experience developing and writing technical content for federal proposals.
• · Demonstrated experience developing technical solutions for federal opportunities, including leading or actively contributing to solutioning sessions, capture activities, and the development of technical approaches, discriminators, and win themes.
• · Strong understanding of federal RFPs, PWSs/SOWs, proposal requirements, and evaluation criteria.
• · Experience developing and tailoring federal past performance and corporate experience content.
• · Ability to work effectively with technical SMEs and solution architects to understand customer requirements and develop credible, differentiated solutions.
• · Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling content for both technical and nontechnical audiences.
• · Excellent writing, editing, analytical, communication, critical-thinking, and facilitation skills.
• · Ability to produce high-quality work under tight proposal deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• · Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; experience with Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Copilot/AI tools is a plus.
