Technical Project Sales Specialist

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction:
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, identifying new customers and projects and proactively visiting sites and companies to identify potential key contacts.
• Facilitate clear communication with customers and support them to ensure all have a clear understanding of project specifications and requirements.
• Quotation Management:
• Prepare and manage accurate quotations for projects, ensuring competitive pricing and compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for quotations.
• Technical Submittals:
• Create and submit detailed technical documentation for projects, including specifications, drawings, and compliance reports.
• Ensure all technical submissions align with client requirements and industry standards.
• Value Engineering:
• Propose value engineering solutions to enhance project efficiency and reduce costs.
• Analyze project specifications to identify opportunities for optimization.

• Document Preparation Support

• Assist the Manager in preparing various documents related to project proposals, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain organized records of all documentation for easy access and reference.
• Technical Support:
• Provide technical assistance to internal teams and clients as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to clarify technical aspects of projects.

Qualification & Experience

• · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field.
• · 2+ years of experience in a Technical Sales role.
• · Strong knowledge of industry standards and technical documentation.
• Experience in Selling within Saudi Arabia to the construction sector

• · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and any relevant software for documentation and design.
• · Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with customers.
