Technical Project Manager (Software Delivery)

- Experience in technical project or programme management within an engineering or technology environment.

- Experience working across hardware and software development.

- Strong project planning, governance, risk and dependency management skills.

- Experience managing complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders.

- Experience with Jira and Confluence. Wider Atlassian experience is preferred.

- Comfortable working closely with engineers, technical leads and product teams.

- Experience improving project processes, tooling or ways of working.

- A practical interest in automation, data and AI.

- Become the first Technical Project Manager in the US and help build the delivery function.

- Work across battery technology, software, data and grid-scale energy infrastructure.

- Have direct ownership across live US BESS projects.

- Help shape how project management works as the company scales.

- Progress towards broader Programme Management and portfolio responsibility.

This is not a role where you inherit a process and maintain it.

You will help build the framework, improve how delivery works and take ownership of projects supporting the next generation of grid-scale energy storage.
