- Build and maintain Grafana dashboards to demonstrate AI optimization to customers
- Leverage modern AI productivity tools to accelerate documentation, analysis, and prototyping
- Own the risk log, act as a control function, and contribute to Key Account strategies
Requirements
- 5+ years in Project Management and software implementation
- Solid grasp of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Understanding of large scale industrial enterprises (bonus for 5+ years in Mining software)
- Comfortable with BI tools and foundational understanding of AI/ML lifecycles
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Openness to travel regularly to mining sites across Saudi Arabia and internationally
- Valid driving licence

Role Overview
- We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Mining Technology Operations team.
- This isn't just about managing spreadsheets; it's about deploying advanced AI based software at scale across some of the most complex industrial environments on the planet.
- With a global workforce and regional hubs in the UK, Australia, Chile, and Ireland, we are now expanding our presence in the Middle East, particularly in Saudi Arabia.
What you'll be doing
- Leading Deployment: Own the end to end delivery of technology implementations, ensuring they hit budget and timeline targets.
- Translating Complexity: Turn business requirements into technical specs and RFCs for our product and engineering teams.
- Visualising Value: Build and maintain Grafana dashboards to show our customers exactly how our AI is optimising their operations.
- Innovating Workflows: Leverage modern AI productivity tools to accelerate documentation, analysis, and prototyping.
- Risk & Strategy: Own the risk log, act as a control function, and contribute to Key Account strategies to drive long term growth.
Who you are
- A Technical Expert: You have 5+ years in Project Management and software implementation, with a solid grasp of the SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Industry Savvy: You understand the nuances of large scale industrial enterprises (bonus points for 5+ years in Mining software).
- Data Driven: You're comfortable with BI tools and have a foundational understanding of AI/ML lifecycles.
- A Master Communicator: Whether it's a technical report or a stakeholder presentation, you know how to manage expectations and drive results.
- Openness to travel regularly to mining sites across Saudi Arabia and internationally. A valid driving licence is required.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
