Technical Project Manager, Product Development & Testing

Coordinate and manage product testing with external laboratories.

Support antimicrobial and conductive performance testing programs.

Maintain certification records, test reports, and technical documentation.

Manage product samples and ensure projects move efficiently through development.

Review test results and identify potential concerns related to product claims or requirements.

Budget & Purchasing Support management of R&D testing budgets. Process purchases and coordinate vendor payments with Finance. Track spending and maintain accurate records.

Required 3+ years of professional experience in project coordination, product development, testing, operations, or a related field. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and follow through on commitments. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and influence outcomes without direct authority. Strong analytical and Microsoft Excel skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
