Manage technical projects from award through project closeout, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual requirements.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource allocations.
Monitor project performance, technical progress, risks, and financial status throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate project resources and activities to achieve program objectives.
Conduct regular project reviews and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
Develop mitigation plans to address project risks, issues, and schedule impacts.
Measure and report project performance using established technical, financial, and operational metrics.
Manage development, integration, validation, qualification, and technology demonstration activities.
Coordinate technical reviews, project meetings, and milestone reviews.
Ensure timely completion of project deliverables and reporting requirements.
Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Support contract compliance, project reporting, and deliverable tracking.
Assist with project closeout activities and lessons learned documentation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned consortium members, principal investigators, customers, and government sponsors.
Build collaborative relationships with industry, academia, government agencies, and internal teams.
Facilitate communication among project stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful executive reviews.
Collaborate with Finance, Contracts, Membership, Business Development, Communications, and Executive Leadership to support successful program execution.
Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes, templates, and best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
One (1) or more years of experience managing technical projects, engineering programs, manufacturing initiatives, or advanced technology projects.
Thorough understanding of project management principles, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
