About the Role
Newforma is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own the AWS program portfolio, coordinating with AWS, delivery partners, and internal teams on cloud migration, AI enablement, and infrastructure modernization.

Responsibilities
- Own the AWS program portfolio including ACDC program and related work streams, keeping scope, schedule, and budget on track
- Break large initiatives into clear work streams, milestones, and owners, and keep plans current as priorities shift
- Track budget and spend against programs and flag variances before they become problems
- Maintain a shared RAID log (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) in partnership with AWS
- Coordinate across partners and stakeholders including AWS, Zeb, Moov AI, Nexapp, and SCALE AI contributors
- Report up to CTO and senior leaders on program status
- Run cadence of standups, steering committee updates, and stakeholder check ins
- Help build project management maturity and contribute to standing up a formal PMO
Requirements
- Prior experience working directly with AWS (as partner, customer, or from AWS side)
- Solid project or program management experience including budget tracking, schedule management, and risk/dependency management across multiple concurrent work streams
- Technical fluency with background in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, or architecture
- Strong leadership presence and ability to work with senior stakeholders including CTO, COO, and external partner executives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

About The Role
- Newforma is executing on a major, multi year program with AWS, internally referred to as the ACDC program, alongside several parallel AWS work streams covering cloud migration, AI enablement, and infrastructure modernization.
- We need a dedicated Technical Project Manager to keep it moving with discipline, pace, and clarity.
What You Will Do
- Own the AWS Program Portfolio: Serve as day to day owner of ACDC program and related AWS work streams, keeping scope, schedule, and budget on track.
- Break large initiatives into clear work streams, milestones, and owners.
- Track budget and spend and flag variances.
- Maintain a shared RAID log in partnership with AWS.
- Watch for scope creep and manage change requests against SOW.
- Partner with FinOps team on cost visibility.
- Coordinate Across Partners and Stakeholders: Work with AWS project managers, delivery partner Zeb, and other outside partners.
- Drive Visibility and Communication: Report to CTO and senior leaders, build reporting, run standups and steering committee updates.
- Work Alongside the CTO: Take ownership of day to day execution, represent CTO in select meetings.
- Help Build Project Management Maturity: Bring rigor and repeatable process, contribute to standing up a PMO.
- Champion Change Management and Adoption: Drive adoption of new tools and processes, ensure knowledge transfer.
What We're Looking For Required
- Prior experience working directly with AWS.
- Solid project or program management experience including budget tracking, schedule management, and risk/dependency management.
- Technical fluency with background in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, or architecture.
- High energy and bias toward action.
- Strong leadership presence and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Track record of building trust with cross functional and cross company teams.
Preferred
- Experience with AWS program structures (partner or professional services engagements, funding or credit programs).
- Formal project management training or certification (PMP, PgMP, or similar).
- Experience managing programs that span multiple outside vendors.
- Exposure to standing up a Project Management Office.
- Experience in enterprise SaaS company.
- Bilingual in French and English, based in Quebec.
