- Coordinate with other outside partners including Moov AI, Nexapp, and contributors to SCALE AI funded projects.
- Act as the point of contact to unblock stalled work streams.
- Make sure AWS and partner driven work stays married to Newforma's broader engineering roadmap.
- Drive Visibility and Communication: Report up to the CTO and other senior leaders on program status.
- Build and maintain reporting that clearly shows what has been completed, in progress, and at risk.

- Experience managing programs that span multiple outside vendors or contractors at once.
- Prior experience in, or exposure to, standing up a Project Management Office or similar function.
- Experience working in an enterprise SaaS company.
- Bilingual in French and English, and based in Quebec.
Why This Role Matters
- Between AWS, ProServe, and Zeb, Newforma is bringing in close to 30 to 40 people from our partner ecosystem.

- You will have real ownership over one of the most visible and highest stakes programs in the company.
