MishiPay is seeking a Solutions Engineer and Technical Project Manager to deliver complex retail technology projects in Dubai.

The role combines technical expertise, engineering knowledge, and project management to deliver POS and related implementation projects.

The position is onsite and on client sites, with 36 work-from-home days per year.

At least 5 years of experience in a similar Solutions Engineer or Technical Project Manager role.
Proven experience delivering complex external projects involving retail technology, POS implementation, or payment kiosks.
Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical bachelor's degree.
Strong project management methodologies and tools knowledge.
Fluent English verbal and written communication and required Arabic speaking proficiency.
PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Manage multiple retail technology implementation projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with management and stakeholders.
Create project plans, schedules, and timelines and track delivery progress.
Manage project risks, issues, and changes through proactive resolution.
Coordinate developers, engineers, business stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams.
Maintain project documentation and provide updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Travel at least 50% and work from client offices.

Apply engineering knowledge to assess project feasibility, resources, and timelines.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
Monitor industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.

Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and workshops to support alignment.
