Technical Project Manager II

• Coaches and mentor other OCP project managers and coordinators.
• Assists in developing and maintaining an effective sprint process.
• Serves as liaison between IT and Enterprise PMO.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT), Business, or closely related field.
• At least 4 years working in an Agile environment as a project manager or scrum master. An additional 3 years of related work experience in a business environment.
• Proven experience planning and implementing large projects with strong organizational and group facilitation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated analytical ability to understand technical systems, process flows, and collaborate to find solutions.
• Experience with web applications and cloud services.
• Knowledge of API integrations and data migrations.
• Understanding of the software development life cycle.

• CSM and PMP certification or similar accreditation.
• Advanced skills in Jira.

Estimated starting pay range between $95,000 - $102,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
