This is a full-time, on-site Technical Project Manager role based in Dubai.

The position leads end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations from requirements gathering through go-live and post-implementation support.

Gather requirements, design solutions, configure Odoo, coordinate customizations, test implementations, and support go-live.
Manage project timelines, scope, budget, risks, issues, and multiple workstreams.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders.

Oversee integrations with other systems and ensure data migration quality.
Drive user acceptance testing and training.
Monitor post-implementation performance, manage change requests, and improve implementation methods.
