Working within technical delivery space you will be responsible for overseeing engineering projects, within a live, operational environment, to ensure they meet CDC requirements and deliver high-quality results. This role supports project teams through the initiation, planning, and execution phases by tracking progress and reporting outcomes. Serving as the primary contact for customer requests and requirements on these projects, you will collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve quality, assurance, and financial objectives.
Other responsibilities include:
Develop detailed project plans with defined milestones, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
Coordinate with key stakeholders, including operations, engineering, development, and vendors, to ensure alignment with site objectives.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimise operational disruption.
Provide technical guidance to operational teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with standards and site requirements.
Lead issue resolution and troubleshooting throughout project execution.
Oversee the completion and handover of all plans, as-built documentation, test reports, certificates, and ongoing maintenance materials.
Manage stakeholder communication by delivering regular updates, facilitating meetings/workshops, and acting as the primary liaison.
Ensure all project activities adhere to regulatory, safety, and site policy requirements, promoting safe work practices at all times.

The ideal candidate is a technically-driven project manager, experienced in delivering complex electrical, HVAC, and communications projects within a live, operational environment. With a strong background in electrical, HVAC, or related building services, you have exposure in coordinating key infrastructure projects from planning through to commissioning and handover. You work seamlessly with operations, engineering teams, contractors, and vendors, bringing clear communication and a solutions‑focused approach to every project. You ensure documentation, compliance, testing, and handover requirements are met efficiently, enabling smooth operational transitions and reliable long‑term performance.
Demonstrated experience in managing commercial-scale brownfield project works within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Commercially focused in nature, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
A natural problem solver, combining an innovative work style with strong prioritisation and time management.
Strong understanding of electrical, HVAC, and communications project management processes - trade qualifications preferred.
Ability to balance administrative elements of the role with the strategic project management elements.
Australian citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain NV1 Security Clearance.
