Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver technical projects from initiation to closure
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and third party partners to ensure smooth project execution
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements, project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Track project progress, identify risks, dependencies, and issues, and communicate status updates to stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations
- Facilitate project meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoMs), and follow up on action items
- Collaborate closely with development, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure adherence to project governance, delivery methodologies, and best practices
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment
- Support sprint planning, backlog prioritization, resource allocation, and project reporting
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, IT Project Manager, or Project Coordinator
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Hands on experience managing Agile, Scrum, or Kanban based software development teams
- Good technical understanding of Web and Mobile Application Development, REST APIs, Microservices Architecture, and Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
- Strong planning, organizational, coordination, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)

Position Overview

- This role requires someone who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and seamless stakeholder communication in a fast paced environment.

- Experience working with Headless Architecture, eCommerce platforms, SaaS products, or Enterprise Applications.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment processes.
- Experience in client facing, consulting, or digital transformation projects.
- Exposure to retail, commerce, or enterprise technology solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Agile, or SAFe certification is a plus.
- Prior experience working in the Middle East region will be an added advantage.
