Responsibilities
- Manage end to end delivery of technical projects involving RapidData platforms, data pipelines, analytics, and scalable systems
- Collaborate with engineering, data, DevOps, and architecture teams to define scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones
- Prepare project presentations and reports using MS PowerPoint
- Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and budgets using Excel
- Maintain complete project documentation using MS Word
- Ensure adherence to Agile / Scrum / Hybrid project methodologies
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure delivery meets quality, security, and performance standards
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager
- PMP or CSM certification (mandatory)
- Strong technical understanding of RapidData or large scale data processing environments
- Strong technical understanding of Java or .Net APIs, microservices, and system integration
- Strong technical understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Strong technical understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Experience managing projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
- UAE / Middle East experience is a plus

About the Role
- We are looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager to manage and deliver data driven and RapidData technology projects.
- The role demands strong technical understanding, hands on project execution capabilities, and effective coordination across technical teams.
- Note: This is a technical project management role, not a functional or business PM role.
