Estimated to be 35 hours per week for 9 months

As a Contract Technical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering excellence for our clients by leading and facilitating complex technical migrations and implementations.

This leadership position requires you to oversee large-scale, high-impact projects, ensuring their successful execution from initiation to completion.

You will act as the central facilitator between clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely delivery while upholding Shaw/Scott’s commitment to excellence.

• Provide project delivery leadership for complex marketing productions from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets
• Define and manage project scope, deliverables, milestones and success criteria
• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan and RASCI matrix
• Track project progress and communicate risks or roadblocks with solution recommendations proactively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, technical services, data engineering and external vendors to gather requirements and define project objectives
• Act as primary point of contact between internal stakeholders, the client and third-party service providers
• Oversee the technical aspects to assist in translating technical considerations and requirements (e.g. data mapping, platform configuration, ESP integrations)
• Organize regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and senior leadership
• Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges and facilitate ad hoc meetings to address these proactively
• Review all key deliverables for client readiness
• Facilitate training sessions for end-users to ensure a smooth transition
