Responsibilities
- Own and drive end to end delivery for all consent management related workstreams
- Translate requirements into defined work packages, delivery milestones, and system level deliverables
- Ensure alignment across Consent Management configuration, MuleSoft APIs, source systems, and downstream systems
- Act as primary coordinator for all integrations, defining event contracts, data payload structures, and end to end data flow
- Proactively identify and resolve missing data fields, identity resolution gaps, and system incompatibilities
- Co lead technical workshops with product, architecture, engineering teams, and external vendors
- Translate business and product requirements into consent management platform data model configuration
- Identify and manage cross system dependencies early, maintaining risk log, dependency tracker, and decision log
- Define and track integration testing scenarios, UAT scenarios, and consent propagation validation processes
- Serve as single point of coordination for consent management platform related delivery across all source and downstream systems
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in complex enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of API integrations and event driven architectures
- Experience with middleware platforms (preferably MuleSoft)
- Experience working with consent management platforms or regulated data environments
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong stakeholder management across multiple teams and vendors
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills

Role Overview
- Contractor role for 4 to 6 months, remote in GMT/UTC+4 (Dubai) time zone.
- Seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end to end delivery of a complex consent management implementation.
- Responsible for ensuring seamless integration across multiple systems, aligning technical workstreams, and driving delivery across a highly distributed ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive end to end delivery for all consent management related workstreams.
- Translate requirements into defined work packages, delivery milestones, and system level deliverables.
- Ensure alignment across Consent Management configuration, MuleSoft APIs and event layers, source systems, and downstream systems.
- Act as primary coordinator for all integrations, defining event contracts, data payload structures, and end to end data flow.
- Proactively identify and resolve missing or incomplete data fields, identity resolution gaps, and system incompatibilities.
- Co lead technical workshops with Product, Architecture, Engineering teams, and external vendors.
- Translate business and product requirements into consent management platform data model configuration, consent category setup, channel level consent mapping, and policy enforcement rules.
- Identify and manage cross system dependencies early, including source systems, identity management challenges, and compliance dependencies.
- Maintain risk log, dependency tracker, and decision log.
- Define and track integration testing scenarios, UAT scenarios per source system, and consent propagation validation processes.
- Ensure audit trails are complete and verifiable, and edge cases are fully covered.
