Responsibilities
- Lead end to end delivery of cybersecurity and compliance projects for banking and insurance clients
- Manage implementation of security solutions including IAM, DLP, SIEM, Endpoint Security, MFA, and PAM
- Work closely with business, security, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver secure technology solutions
- Ensure projects comply with banking regulations, cybersecurity frameworks, and organizational security policies
- Develop project plans, resource allocation, budgets, risk registers, and project schedules
- Manage project governance, status reporting, stakeholder communication, and executive presentations
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with vendors, third party implementation partners, and internal technical teams
- Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards
- Drive Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies based on project requirements
Requirements
- 8–12 years of overall IT experience
- Minimum 5 years as a Technical Project Manager
- Hands on experience delivering cybersecurity implementation projects
- Experience in banking digital transformation or regulatory compliance projects
- Knowledge of banking regulations, risk management, and security governance

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end to end delivery of cybersecurity and compliance projects for banking and insurance clients.
- Manage implementation of security solutions including Identity & Access Management (IAM), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), SIEM, Endpoint Security, MFA, and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- Work closely with business, security, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver secure technology solutions.
- Ensure projects comply with banking regulations, cybersecurity frameworks, and organizational security policies.
- Understand banking business processes including: Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Digital Banking, Loan Processing, Payments, Trade Finance, KYC & AML, Insurance Claims and Policy Administration.
- Develop project plans, resource allocation, budgets, risk registers, and project schedules.
- Manage project governance, status reporting, stakeholder communication, and executive presentations.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with vendors, third party implementation partners, and internal technical teams.
- Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Drive Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies based on project requirements.
Preferred Experience
- 8–12 years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 5 years as a Technical Project Manager.

Pay
- AED 18,000.00 AED 22,000.00 per month
