Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of software development, application modernization, cloud, data, systems integration, and digital transformation projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, release roadmaps, resource plans, sprint plans, risk registers, issue logs, dependency trackers, and status reports.
- Lead Agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
- Coordinate the work of developers, architects, business analysts, quality assurance specialists, DevOps engineers, data professionals, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Work with product owners and client stakeholders to define priorities, clarify requirements, manage the backlog, and establish achievable delivery commitments.
- Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, staffing, quality, risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, and contractual obligations.
- Identify delivery challenges early, develop corrective action plans, and escalate material risks with clear recommendations.
- Facilitate communication among client stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, subcontractors, and Allwyn leadership.
- Prepare and present project status reports, executive briefings, governance materials, meeting minutes, decision logs, and other client deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with applicable contracts, statements of work, service-level expectations, security requirements, and client governance processes.
- Support project financial management, including resource forecasting, utilization, budget tracking, invoice validation, and subcontractor coordination.
- Coordinate testing, release readiness, production deployment, transition, and post-production support activities.
- Support proposals, project estimates, staffing plans, oral presentations, and transition activities for new engagements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline.
