Mission for the Role
Lead customers through the fleet electrification lifecycle, combining EV charging infrastructure expertise with delivery of a charge management system.
Provide technical leadership from planning and concept development through implementation, system onboarding, commissioning, training, and operational handover.
Coordinate customers, contractors, OEMs, and internal teams while keeping projects commercially and operationally on track.
Core Responsibilities
- Review electrical, communications, networking, and control-system requirements and develop EV charging site concepts.
- Prepare cost estimates, evaluate tenders, review contractor designs, identify technical risks, and provide value engineering.
- Onboard chargers, meters, local controllers, and network equipment; validate integrations; coordinate testing; and complete handover.
- Lead CMS customer onboarding, change management, readiness planning, training, adoption support, and operational communications.
- Manage milestones, budgets, contract scope, resources, invoicing, risks, reporting, and project delivery.
- Commission equipment, train third-party partners, troubleshoot issues, provide Level 2 support, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance.
- Maintain technical documentation, support bids, coordinate workshops, build partner capability, and implement lessons learned.
