Part-time Technical Account Manager / Agile Project Manager role overseeing a one-year web and mobile development project in Dubai.

Manage the client relationship, coordinate Agile project delivery, and bridge communication between the client and technical development teams.

Act as the main point of contact between the client and the development team.
Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Translate client requirements into clear functional and technical requirements.
Manage client expectations, feedback, approvals, priorities, and deliverables.
Communicate project progress, challenges, risks, and proposed solutions clearly to the client.

Manage Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog management.
Work closely with developers, UI/UX designers, QA teams, and other technical stakeholders.
Define and prioritize user stories, requirements, acceptance criteria, and project tasks.
Monitor sprint progress, timelines, dependencies, risks, and blockers.
Coordinate testing, UAT, bug fixing, deployment, and project releases.
