Role Description
- The Technical Project Manager is a part time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with a mix of on site and work from home responsibilities.
- This role oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of technology related projects within hotel operations, ensuring solutions are implemented on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Day to Day Tasks
- Defining project requirements, managing timelines and budgets, coordinating cross functional teams, and monitoring progress through status reports and project documentation.
- Collaborating closely with IT, operations, and vendor partners to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and maintain high quality standards.
- Continuous process improvement, stakeholder communication, and ensuring technical initiatives support guest experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Project Management and Program Management skills.
- Effective Communication skills to interact with stakeholders and present project updates.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess risks, and make informed decisions.
- Team Leadership capabilities to guide cross functional teams.
- Relevant experience in technical or IT related projects, ideally within hospitality or service driven environments.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, managing priorities both on site in Abu Dhabi and remotely.
