About the role
AIQ is seeking a Technical Project Manager for digital technology projects focused on the oil and gas and energy sectors.
The role bridges technology and business objectives while overseeing digital solutions that optimize operations, improve efficiency, and support innovation.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare implementation plans with milestones and manage projects end to end using Agile methodology.
- Prepare documentation, tender packages, scopes of work, progress reports, forecasts, and billing information.
- Evaluate technical proposals and subcontracting options with stakeholders and technology providers.
- Monitor cloud-based product development involving data scientists and software engineers.
- Manage risks, dependencies, actions, resources, releases, budgets, vendors, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate audits, post-project evaluations, lessons learned, policies, processes, and continuous improvement activities.
Qualifications and experience
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Petroleum Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- At least 12 years of project management experience and experience delivering technology projects.
- Experience in customer support and operations projects in the oil and gas or energy industry.
