- Onsite role in Abu Dhabi and performed in the office.
- The contract is permanent and full-time.
Job Summary
Govern the complete technical delivery lifecycle from requirements and design through configuration, validation, deployment, testing, UAT, handover, and support.
The role has authority to stop, reject, or delay work that does not meet technical, quality, or procedural requirements.
Own incident management, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action, and continuous improvement of delivery quality.
Core Responsibilities
- Establish governance, quality gates, SOPs, checklists, and technical controls across delivery stages.
- Review configurations, integrations, deployments, and testing before client exposure.
- Lead technical incidents and escalations, coordinate containment and recovery, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Track technical delivery KPIs and prepare client meetings and deployment milestones.
- Ensure technical resources are prepared ahead of upcoming deployments and project milestones.
