Key responsibilities
- Assist with daily coordination and monitoring of ongoing projects.
- Coordinate communication among clients, consultants, design teams, vendors, fabricators, and site personnel.
- Track deliverables, approvals, materials, production schedules, and site timelines.
- Read technical drawings and coordinate drawings, revisions, specifications, and related information.
- Maintain project records, trackers, action lists, meeting minutes, progress reports, and dashboards.
