About The Role

As a

Project Coordinator

, you will play a key role in implementing our HR & Payroll software solution for clients.

Working closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams, you'll ensure that every phase of the project—from initiation to go-live—is executed with clarity, coordination, and quality.

You will be leading

small to mid-level projects

, owning critical coordination tasks, maintaining documentation, engaging with clients, and driving communication to ensure successful and timely delivery.

Project Execution & Delivery

  • Lead documentation and follow-up for project kickoff and requirement sessions.
  • Responsible for the full implementation lifecycle, including: (System build, Data validation and migration, User acceptance testing (UAT), Go-live support)
  • Ensure structured project execution by preparing and maintaining trackers, schedules, and reports.
  • Act as the central point of contact for clients, providing project status updates and managing feedback loops.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager and internal stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Break down project activities into manageable tasks with clear owners and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure accurate execution of configuration and data-related tasks.
  • Raise blockers and risks early, helping avoid project delays or quality issues.
  • Ensure proper ticket logging to enable efficient resolution by technical consultants.

Client Communication & Collaboration

  • Keep internal and external stakeholders informed on task status and meeting outcomes.
  • Follow up with clients on pending deliverables and ensure their readiness across phases.
  • Help ensure customer engagement post-training to reinforce adoption and ensure success.
  • Support internal retrospectives and post-project reviews by sharing lessons learned.

Quality Assurance & Standards

  • Conduct quality assurance checks throughout implementation.
  • Ensure all standards and requirements are met during system configuration and data handling.
  • Support handover documentation to ensure a smooth transition to support or account management teams.

Qualifications

  • **Bachelor’s degree**
  • in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Implementation Analyst, or in a similar delivery-focused role—preferably in a SaaS or HR tech environment.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools .
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or similar) to enhance documentation, communication, and task automation.
  • Basic scripting skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or VBA) to automate repetitive tasks, process data, and build lightweight tools that support project delivery and reporting.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Experience

2+ years in Technical Implementation or SaaS delivery.

Project Ownership

Proven ability to lead the full implementation lifecycle (kickoff to go-live) for small-to-mid-sized clients.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in data validation and mapping; basic scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, or VBA) to automate tasks.

Ai Literacy

Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) for documentation and workflow automation.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business Technology.
