Required Qualifications

• · 10+ years of relevant experience , including substantial experience in enterprise release management and technical program delivery.
• · Demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional, multi-team technical programs.
• · Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, version control, and release governance .
• · Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• · Strong technical fluency with the ability to assess system-level dependencies and business impact.
• · Proven ability to influence and drive execution across distributed teams without direct authority.
• · Excellent stakeholder, executive, written, and verbal communication skills.
• · Strong risk management, planning, reporting, data management, and documentation capabilities.
• · Advanced Excel skills and experience with business intelligence or reporting tools.
• · Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments with changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• · Experience with FinOps practices, cloud cost management, forecasting, and cost-allocation tools.
• · Familiarity with platforms such as Cloud Health, Apptio, or comparable cloud financial management tools.
• · Experience with procurement, purchase orders, statements of work, invoicing, and vendor operations.
• · PMP, ITIL, SAFe Release Train Engineer, or similar certification.
• Salary and Other Compensation:
• The annual salary for this position is between $128K - $150 K depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
• This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
