We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our Infrastructure Operations (InfraOps) team.

In this role, you will own the planning, execution, and delivery of technical programs that ensure the reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of our data center infrastructure.

You will coordinate across engineering, operations, and business teams to define program scope, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and deliver measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can navigate ambiguity, drive alignment across teams, and has a solid technical foundation in data center operations or infrastructure engineering.

Key job responsibilities

• Program Delivery: Own end-to-end delivery of infrastructure programs from scoping through operational readiness, defining milestones and driving execution across multiple teams and sites.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with engineering, operations, commissioning, construction, and vendor teams to align priorities, surface blockers, and maintain accountability.
• Operational Excellence: Champion operational excellence by establishing best practices and quality standards across program workstreams. Lead programs that enhance our safety, security, and availability culture. Drive root cause analysis, ensure corrective actions are implemented, and embed continuous improvement to reduce defects and increase reliability.
• Risk & Dependency Management: Identify risks and critical-path dependencies early, develop mitigation plans, and escalate appropriately to keep programs on track.
