Technical Program Manager III, Network Demand Management, Cloud Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to define, standardize, and maintain NetDM’s metrics framework across Strategic, Diagnostic, and Operational levels. Establish clear metric definitions, baselines, and health indicators across the network demand lifecycle.
• Design, build, and maintain interactive reporting dashboards and visualization tools.
• Ensure metrics are presented intuitively for various audiences, ranging from operational planning teams to executive leadership.
• Leverage scripting data queries, and AI (SQL, Python, Appscript, etc.) to build and vibecode internal reporting tools, aggregate metric data, and automate manual workflow tasks to reduce reporting cycle times.
• Implement structured reporting frameworks and data mappings required to seamlessly onboard metrics for new network products, evolving architectures, and process updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in program management. - Experience with demand planning or forecasting. - Experience working with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, BigQuery, R, etc.) and reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau, Microstrategy, Business Objects, etc.). Preferred qualifications: - 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience with demand planning, network optimization, or tools development. - Experience in SQL/Python/Appscript scripting, BI visualization. - Understanding of network infrastructure and topologies.
