Leading in a high-growth environment means setting direction in motion, not waiting for perfect conditions.
As a Technical Program Manager II, you will drive high-impact, complex technical initiatives that support critical platform foundations—from data systems to the foundational infrastructure that powers global operations.
This is a role for a strategic operator who can turn technical complexity into operational reality, whether managing global capacity for a high-volume platform or leading the adoption of new technologies.
You will navigate a fast-moving, high-stakes environment where you will need to make decisions with imperfect information and stay resilient through the challenges of scaling systems.
You will lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, and Data Science to solve problems that do not come with a playbook.
If you lead with clarity, thrive in technical challenges, and are motivated to build solutions that impact the real world—this is where you will make your mark.
Rate of Pay: $153,000 to $187,000 per Year
You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered other types of comp.
You will also be eligible for various benefits.
