Technical Program Manager II

Manage the introduction of new cloud services, hardware platforms and the tools / processes to deploy next generation cloud infrastructure capabilities. Analyze data to identify, prototype, and drive the implementation of technical and process improvements to increase the predictability, agility, and quality of our capacity deployment systems. Continuously drive improvements in the Time-to-Market (TTM) for the introduction of new cloud services Ability to effectively communicate with and influence partner teams. Provide technical and program leadership with respect and integrity. Drive technical projects from requirements through launch, including managing complex project schedules, mitigating risks, and keeping processes running smoothly. Develop status reports and communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management. Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years' experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos). 1+ years' experience with large-scale distributed systems, datacenter infrastructure, and cloud services engineering. 3+ years' experience demonstrating ability to build relationships and influence in a matrixed organization. 1+ years' experience in using data analytics for continuous improvement and risk management.
