Technical Program Manager I, AI/ML, Platform and Devices

Responsibilities

• Maintain GenAI model evaluation workflows by coordinating test execution and managing evaluation logistics alongside research scientists and engineers.
• Track program health and evaluation metrics to identify risks, blockers, and changing timelines early, working alongside technical leads to triage issues.
• Maintain and clearly communicate project status, dependencies, risks, action items, and documentation in a timely manner to team members and immediate cross-functional stakeholders.
• Contribute to team operational excellence by supporting clear project tracking mechanisms, meeting rhythms, and a collaborative team culture built on trust and respect.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including product management, engineering, research, design, UX, clinical, and regulatory, to track requirements, maintain project schedules, and monitor deliverables and launch readiness criteria.
