Technical Program Manager, Field Integration and Assembly, Data Center Operations

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and support of team initiatives and goals. Develop charters, work with internal stakeholders on strategies and objectives, establish success criteria, and align resources and schedules to achieve the objectives.
• Support the development of prefabrication execution strategies and advanced work packaging initiatives for North American data center construction, partnering with internal teams and external vendors to scale consistent, repeatable processes.
• Manage project progress, risks, and mitigations throughout development and execution, independently analyzing complex construction challenges and communicating timely updates to leadership.
• Gather internal requirements and deliver end-to-end customer solutions from construction to deployment, while engaging with supply chain partners to resolve challenges and scale industry best practices across the data center portfolio.
• Resolve critical issues to protect project timelines and costs, driving consensus and compromise across matrixed partner organizations.
