Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 7+ years experience in cloud architecture, AI, data platforms, business applications, Copilot, security, application modernization, infrastructure, agentic solutions, and/or technical solution architecture, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 6+ years experience in cloud architecture, AI, data platforms, business applications, Copilot, security, application modernization, infrastructure, agentic solutions, and/or technical solution architecture, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience
• 5+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external)
• 5+ years experience in delivery of projects, delivery strategy, or delivery management functions
• Technical Certification in cloud, Azure, AI, data, business applications, Copilot, security, application modernization, infrastructure, agentic solutions, or related technologies, such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, or security certifications
• Proven experience in business strategy, project management, and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft/Vendor relationship and its unique challenges and opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year.
