We’re seeking a stellar Technical Program Manager to drive some of Bedrock’s most critical initiatives, spanning Data and Infrastructure Platforms. This pivotal role is at the heart of our mission, driving programs that bridge Engineering, Commercial, and Operations. You will partner intensely with world-class engineering teams to deliver the next generation of autonomous-capable construction machinery. This is a hands-on, high impact role for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and wants to shape durable processes that help a fast-growing company scale.

What You’ll Do:

Manage execution of cloud platform and data across Engineering, Commercial, and Operations, aligning deeply interdependent work streams into a single, coherent plan.

Anticipate and mitigate program and technical risk, surfacing issues early and providing leadership with clear options and recommendations.

Balance tactical implementation with strategic execution, shaping roadmaps and dependencies while adapting quickly to a fast-moving environment.

Define and evolve lightweight program management practices that scale with the company and enable teams to move faster without compromising safety or quality.

Translate complex technical interdependencies—from cloud infrastructure to field operations—into aligned, actionable program plans, mastering cross-functional coordination.
