Technical Program Manager - Clearance Required

• Serve as the primary technical lead for LIGER’s deployment, coordinating GenAI and agentic AI development efforts to align with customer requirements, constraints, and mission priorities

• Translate mission needs into LIGER architectures, workflows, and agent-based solutions that integrate with existing systems and cloud environments

• Combine deep technical expertise with strong stakeholder management to align leaders behind AI-driven solution approaches

• Oversee deployment and evolution of GenAI platforms, AI agents, and supporting data pipelines, mitigating technical, security, and delivery risk

• Partner with stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities into existing cloud, data, and enterprise IT environments

• Develop and maintain technical documentation: system architectures, agent interaction diagrams, AI workflow specifications, and solution design narratives

• Provide technical guidance and advisory support to personnel and partner contractors

• Stay current on GenAI, agentic AI patterns, cloud infrastructure advancements, and evolving DHS and federal digital standards

• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data governance, and AI risk management requirements

• Partner with program leadership to optimize cost efficiency and prevent cost overruns in AI platform delivery

• Provide clear, regular status updates to senior leaders and LMI management

• Manage program deliverables, financials, schedules, and team performance across the full solution lifecycle

• An active Secret Security Clearance

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience
