Requirements
- Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of overall related experience including a minimum of 5 years of experience in technical software/system program management (in automotive or embedded system industry)
- Understanding of Agile/SAFe methodologies
- Experience with ECU development or embedded software platforms is a strong plus
- Proficiency in project tracking tools (e.g., RTC, Jira, Confluence, Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work in multicultural global organization, teamwork oriented, structured in work and ability to take initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
