Role Overview
Coordinate end-to-end execution of Prenuvo’s AI-enabled medical-device programs.
Work across AI Research, Engineering, Systems Engineering, Product, Quality, Regulatory, and Clinical teams.
Integrate product and model development, systems engineering, validation, quality, regulatory readiness, launch, change management, and post-market activities.
What You’ll Do
- Support planning, scheduling, and progress tracking for multiple AI device programs.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and keep technical deliverables synchronized.
- Maintain project documentation, milestones, and design-control and regulatory deliverables in Jira and other tools.
- Support regulatory submission readiness and execute design-control reviews with clear follow-ups.
- Report project status, risks, and dependencies to program teams and stakeholders.
- Identify process gaps and improve collaboration, documentation flow, and delivery efficiency.
